After more than 10 years of teaching barre, I'm so excited to be launching my own 100-hour Barre Teacher Training Academy in Autumn 2026.

As barre continues to grow in popularity, I've created an in-depth training to equip aspiring instructors with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to become exceptional teachers. I'll be sharing everything I've learnt over the past decade, from class programming and technique to cueing, musicality, coaching and building a successful career in barre.
