Half-Day Summer Retreat
Sunday 28th June | 10:00am - 1:30pm | Berry Farm, South Cerney
Chloe and Lotty first met over seven years ago in London after both training to teach barre at Barrecore, the UK’s very first barre studio, and they’ve been delivering the signature barre burn to thousands of clients ever since.
Fast forward a few years, and life has brought them both to the Cotswolds, so for the first time, they’re teaming up to host a special event together. Expect a thoughtfully curated morning of movement, nourishment and connection, designed to energise your body, calm your mind and leave you feeling strong, refreshed and inspired.
What will the retreat day involve?
10:00 am - Arrival at Berry Farm
Arrive and settle in with a refreshing welcome drink while you soak up the beautiful surroundings and meet the group.
10:30 am - Barre with Lotty
Kickstart the morning with an energising barre class designed to fire up every muscle. Expect a banging playlist, plenty of burn and a few fun props to keep things interesting. You’ll be shaking, smiling and feeling strong in no time.
11:30 am - Nourishing break
Time to refuel with delicious, nourishing snacks and refreshing drinks.
12:00 pm - Restorative Slow Flow Yoga with Chloe
Slow things down with a restorative yoga flow designed to stretch, release and rebalance the body. Chloe will incorporate myofascial release techniques using a small massage ball (and you’ll get to take this ball home with you so you can continue the practice afterwards!)
1:00 pm - Intention setting & matcha
We’ll close the morning with a short intention-setting practice for the summer season, followed by time to enjoy a refreshing iced matcha and more delicious food.
1:30 pm - Depart feeling refreshed
Head home feeling stronger, calmer and inspired, with new connections, new skills and a body that feels amazing.
Come with a friend or come solo and meet new people. Everyone is welcome!
No barre or yoga experience is required, as all levels will be supported.

Chloë Emily Nicholls
YOGA/BARRE TEACHER & MASSAGE THERAPIST
Chloe is a Barre and Yoga instructor with over seven years of teaching experience.With a warm, supportive teaching style, she leads calming yoga flows and delivers that signature barre burn, helping you feel stronger, more balanced and more connected in both body and mind.
Before becoming an instructor, Chloe trained and worked as a professional dancer, where she developed a deep appreciation for the body and its extraordinary capacity for movement.
Her years of performance shaped her understanding of body mechanics and wellbeing, inspiring her to train in massage therapy so she could help others restore balance, recover, and move with confidence.

Lotty Campbell Bird
YOGA, PILATES & BARRE TEACHER
With 10+ years of teaching experience, Lotty knows exactly how to bring both the burn and the balance.She is deeply passionate about mindful movement and her mission is to empower as many people as possible to become stronger, healthier, and happier through the practice of yoga, Pilates & barre.
Her classes blend creative sequences, technical guidance and plenty of feel-good energy, all designed to help you move better, get stronger and leave feeling your absolute best.
She encourages you to think about how and why you’re moving, so you not only feel challenged but also build awareness of how each movement strengthens and supports your body.
