Midsummer Mindfulness Morning
Saturday 21st June | 9:15am - 12:30pm
The Cotswold Lakes Brew Co. Taproom, Somerford Keynes
Join us in the heart of the Cotswolds for an uplifting morning of movement, creativity, and connection at our Midsummer Mindfulness Event to welcome the start of summer.
Weβll begin the morning at 9:15am with a warm welcome and intention setting, before flowing into an energising and grounding movement class from 9:30 - 10:30am led by Lotty from @collectivefitnessbylotty. Expect a feel-good blend of flowing yoga and dynamic Pilates to awaken your body and clear your mind.
After class, enjoy light refreshments before diving into a restorative candle-making workshop with Jennie from @misneachremedies. You'll be guided through the process of crafting your own intention-infused candle using a personalised blend of essential oils.
As your candles set, weβll pause for coffee or matcha and a spread of delicious pastries. The morning will close at 12:30pm, but you're warmly invited to stay and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Taproom, with live music, refreshing drinks, and local food pop-ups running through the afternoon.
