A little about me…

Lotty Campbell Bird

I’ve been teaching Barre for over 10 years, Pilates for 8 years, and in 2024, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training.

My journey began with the renowned Barrecore Academy in London, where I trained in 2015 and went on to become the lead instructor at their flagship studio in Chelsea. In 2017, I expanded my expertise by qualifying in Pilates mat work through STOTT Pilates. As a dedicated yogi, I later completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training to deepen my understanding of mindful movement.

I love blending elements of Barre, Pilates, and Yoga to help people feel their best - both physically and mentally. I’m deeply passionate about mindful movement and on a mission to empower as many people as possible to become stronger, healthier, and happier through these practices.

My classes are technical yet creative and fun. I encourage you to think about how and why you’re moving, so you not only feel challenged but also build awareness of how each movement strengthens and supports your body.
